Returns targetID stored in targetName on actorID

   EEex_GetTarget(actorID, targetName)


**Parameters**

* *actorID* - actor id
* *targetName* - target name

**Returns**

Returns the *targetID* which was stored in the *targetName* on *actorID*

**Example**

::

   local targetID = EEex_GetTarget(actorID, targetName)
